Product Guarantee
If you purchase our boxes and are not satisfied, you can return them within 10 days from your arrival date for a refund. No partial returns are offered on-line or in-store. You must arrange and pay for return shipping to our on-line warehouse. Your credit card will be credited once the packages are received by our warehouse.
Shipping Guarantee
If your order does not arrive within three business days of your expected delivery date, you may return or refuse your order for a full refund, including delivery and return shipping. Your credit card will be credited once the packages are received by our warehouse. Click Here to check our current expected delivery time. Please note that the first shipping day is considered the business day after your order placement, before 4 p.m.
Please note: If your delivery does arrive after the expected delivery date, and you decide to keep your order, no credits or discounts of any kind will be offered.
Lost Delivery
If your order is considered "lost" or delivered to the wrong location without correction, your credit card will be credited the full order amount, including all shipping charges.
Delivery Refusal
If you refuse delivery of an order arriving within three days of your expected delivery date your account will be credited once the packages are returned to our warehouse. Delivery charges will be subtracted from your final credit.
